If certificate details do not match the official website:
- Reject the certificate.
- Do not use it for any purpose.
- Do not use the related equipment or the trainee.
- Record the discrepancy for compliance.
Only certificates with fully verified and consistent information are accepted, and only equipment and trainees backed by valid certificates may be used.
